Dela de la Fuente is the founder and CEO of Alpha Title
& Closing, Inc., a full service closing and title company specializing in
both residential and commercial markets.
Dela has been in the real estate arena for over 30 years working with
attorneys, title agencies, lenders and as Senior Underwriter and Production Manager
at First American Title Insurance Company, one of the nation's leading national
title underwriters. In addition to her passion for underwriting, she oversees
the coordination of titles, title examinations, survey and other relevant
documentation for settlement. Dela
has a broad based knowledge of all aspects of the closing and title processes
in both residential and commercial real estate. For the past twenty years she has focused primarily on
commercial title transactions and underwriting. Professional memberships include Johns Creek Chamber of
Commerce, Forsyth County Chamber of Commerce, Dixieland Title Association
(DLTA) of which she is also on the Education Committee, BNI – Corporate
Exchange Alliance and Georgia Medical Leads.
